Each TOUR THE SITES issue digs into a couple of topics, selecting the best sites out of the thousands I’ve toured.

     (Okay, what REALLY happens is that I use my hundreds of pages of leads to create a first draft of the newsletter, thinking I’ve got pretty good stuff. Then I encounter better stuff, pull out the good stuff, and substitute the better stuff. I just keep jacking up the quality, until publication date hits and I have to put it online. Because, let me tell you, there are wonderful things out there! I find new and exciting websites every day.)

     Topics? Food, health, kids, bargains, jobs, travel, diets . . . in short, the places where the rubber meets the road. Plus I like to throw in some fun and fascinating sites. You won’t be interested in everything in the newsletter, but I’m thinking you will like some. Maybe a lot. I’d suggest you:

     * Try skimming through each newsletter, noting things you want to investigate. Then check out the websites that appeal to you.

     * If you find an extra-good site, highlight the newsletter item about the site, including its address, hit Control-C (copy); go to your Microsoft Word program and hit Control-V (paste).
